Shaman’s are the tribal healers, available only to the races who have not the ability to learn the ways of a cleric or who are not as in tune with nature as the druid class requires. Shamans are a great all-around class who excel in many of the activities enjoyed by citizens of Norrath, such as spell casting and the art of the warrior.

Shamans hold great spells to assist a group in tremendous ways, from the coveted Spirit of the Wolf spell to powerful buffing spells almost unparalleled by any in the game.

Shaman’s are also not lacking in pure physical attacks, while they will never match those of a warrior they are able to hold their own in a fight, especially at lower levels.

If playing a character that is skilled in many different aspects of the game is important to you, and one who has skills that are widely useful in both solo and group situations is something you crave, then the Shaman class is an ideal one to venture forth with.
